At THE AVENUE CLOSET, your satisfaction means everything to us.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund or replacement as requested.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
